CONSTRUCTION
Now that a plan and the team are in place - it’s time to break ground and start to build your custom home. You will receive constant updates on the status of your project, so you’re never left wondering how things are going. PRE-CONSTRUCTION
After coming to understand your vision and goals, we’ll have you complete a Professional Services Agreement and retainer to cover permits, thorough estimating, and design meetings that need to happen before breaking ground. Based on customized recommendations to your unique style and preferences, we will curate the perfect project team that will execute your custom home build flawlessly.
POST-CONSTRUCTION
